One of our guys has just phoned Jack Barclay to speak to them about running costs on Veyrons - was told that they did not deal with Bugatti, and told us to ring HR Owen - then gave him the number.

He then phoned HR Owen, and came through the Lambo London - who did not know anything about it either.

Any ideas?

Don't the factory pick them up, service them, and return them?

Confirmed - they had about 6 of them there when I went to pick up my Gallardo a little while back.

It should be HR Owen service centre in Acton.

They have moved their Ferrari and Maserati business to Wembley now to allow the expansion of the Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti brands.

iirc the reason was rather that Ferrari have a corporate policy of not having their serviced centres doing non-Ferrari/Maserati cars
IMO it's total waste - if HROwen had been able to keep the existing location as a joint service place then they could have opened another in Surrey which is where half the Ferraris in the UK appear to be located

They also have a Lebanese sandwhich shop opposite(Maroush esque) opposite which is handy if you are going for a quick job.

Hi Doug,
But wouldn't that be stepping on Maranello's turf? Does Surrey have more F-cars than London?

Surrey is a big place, I was thinking more round by Guildford or Cobham

Have just had a call from Dominic Lancaster who cleared everything up. Jack Barclay are the sales agent (part of HR Owen) and servicing gets done in Acton.

Just so all you Bugatti owners know.

Same John Morrison who used to work for Porsche and raced the GT1? Looks like a librarian, really nice guy, brilliant driver
