Ipod nano V3 question

Anyone got one of the v3 ones?
Trying to find out what size disk the drivers etc come on. I have an imac and it won't accept those mini disk things as the dvd drive is a side loader on the screen. Normal cd/dvd size is fine but so many people are using mini sized disks now.
Oh, whilst i'm here, do any of you use the belkin sports armband?is it comfy or does it slip down etc?
