HERTFORDSHIRE CONSTABULARY SHOW THEIR SUPPORT FOR
NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY WEEK
HERTFORDSHIRE Constabulary will be targeting motorists who drink and drive, speed or fail to wear their seatbelts, in support of a national campaign launched this week.
To support the week Hertfordshire Constabulary is planning the following events to help raise the profile of Road Safety:
• Officers are attending Specsavers in Hertford to hand out road safety advice and have their eyesight tested.

Specsavers sponsor the safety week and are planning do give free eyesight tests to all its customers’.

The BIB are generally alrite around Hertford! Though I must pop down and see them having their eyes tested,should be good for a laugh.

Good for you Outlaw.I have to say when I read what you said I was well surprised.I left my wallet at home when I filled up at the Jet station in Hertford a while ago,went in,explained to the girl what had happened,gave her my name adress tel # ect showed her my driving licence to prove this,went home and got the money.No problems.
Though I dont know what petrol station you used,the cashier must have been a proper Twat to have made a big deal out of this.

was in hertford it was in stevenage but thats covered by hertfordshire police.
i have been having fun with the Hertford constab for the last few weeks...if any of the BiB on here are from this area I'd love to know what's up...have been buzzed by more marked bikes, and unmarked cars than in the last 8 years total...quiet scary actually.
They seem to be generally nice though, as have had a number of 'slow down' gestures, a couple of thumbs up and one 'pull for brief chat', but nothing else...yet
