Speed Six 'Data Connection Lead' - Anyone Got One?
Discussion
I’ve got the dreaded EFI fault up again (on a Tuscan MK1).
It’s the 'O' - No communications between analogue and control fault.
I’m fairly sure it was caused by leaving the car out in the pouring rain.
Has anyone local got a ECU TO LAPTOP DIAGNOSTIC DATA LEAD I could borrow to see if I can down load the software to clear it? (Im based in West Yorkshire by the way).
I suspect this will happen occasionally, so I will buy one if it works, but I would like to try it out first before I splash anymore cash on the problem!
Thanks
BB

I've made contact with a PH'r in Sheffield who has the cable and laptop / software, so I think I will bob down there and see how I get on.
If that doesnt work out, I will give you a shout if thats ok?
Many thanks. BB
Just to update:
I down loaded the diagnostic software from http://www.mytuscan.co.uk and connected to the ECU using a home made cable.
Everything appeared to be ok, so I just cancelled the fault, and everythings now back to normal.
Thanks for the offers of help, much appreciated.
Cheers. BB
