Male body enhancements

Just wondering if anyone here has any such enhancements.
Also do they actually work? I have heard that most go wrong never really give you what your after and some give you the constant Horn so to speak.
I guess most lads would never back down from a few extra inches but if push came to shove would any of you really risk an op?
Not interested in responses "Im big enough thnx" as its the same with car power you always hunger for more.
So I guess what would be the threshold for going in for a consultation and look at an increase & what would be considered the norm so as not to waste you time £ and agony.
