My Tiv Nirvana

Just a quick update, i have had my TVR Power Sports exhaust swapped for the standard unit, must say it looks much nicer, all shiny stainless steel.

Anyway had it fitted this morning at David Hendry cars and have driven about 100 miles since.

Absolute bliss, no bleeding ears, i can actually hear the radio 5 live presenters talk.

It is still loud compared to my Porsche but i can live with it, i do miss the pops and bangs from the sports exhaust but a small price to pay to actually be able drive the car without a headache.

God i sound like my Dad and i am only 43.

I wouldn't swap my Power exhausts back again - what's that you said? Eh? Eh?

Saw your beast when I was at D. Hendrys on Wednesday (getting service on Ssangyong). It looked the absolute dogs b's, and sounded LOUD, although the crew were just about to take the old exhausts off. If I was to return to the fold, I would definately have a 350 this time ( sold my Sagaris in late 06 ), looking at yours has convinced me, and such a gorgeous colour. It is also good to see someone local able to service etc., some of the boys were "convinced" of TVR's return. Parts also were "not a problem".

Thanks Parke for your comments re my car, i have had a lot of very nice cars in my time, but i have never felt the same about any other car the way i do, when i look at the T350t.

That's cos it's a TVR and are very special cars .
