As for the car.... I aint good enough for anything really fast. So I'd say one of the LeMans GT1 winning Astons.

I'll have to admit that anything with appreciable downforce I'm never going to get the benefit of so I think I'll have a bash in something simple yet equipped with modern safety systems, like harnesses & roll cage. A Caterham perhaps? At a suitably old setting, ie the old, big Spa. The Nordschliefe. Le Mans pre-chicane. The old Östereichring that was huge.
