My car has been sat at a dealers for 7 weeks and in that time some kind fellow decided to open a door on my rear passenger door and leave a crease. I'm sure it will come out using PDR but does anyone know if the door trim will have to come out? The car is a Mondeo ST220, i know when the car had a dent in the front door they didn't take the trim off-they got down between the glass but the rear door windows don't drop all the way down. The dent is around the middle of the door. Thanks, Dave.

I would imagine the door card will be removed to gain access if it's in the middle of the panel.

Hi Dave

As long as the place of the dent has good access eg no side impact bars in that exact place etc then a good PDR guy will be able to get down through the Door Window access and pop it out.

Should be around £50 tops for this as long as it is not bad and stretched the metal..

Door dings really piss me off and people who do them need a good slapping...

Thanks for that m8, as you said he did it without removing the door card. Stuck some protective plastic down the gap between the door & glass & away he went. Took him about 10 mins!! I showed him a tiny mark i found after delivery on another door-had a massive high spot from what he said was a bodged repair from the factory(!), £5 and 10 mins later it was all but gone smile
