Paint Code for Odyssey

My paint sprayer took the code (276M) from the vin plate to get a pot mixed up and it came back as Silver on the sample swatch, Not grey/gray/bluegrey/steelblue/or any other slightly more accurate description.
Is this code exclusively for Oz? Is there a different code for the UK? or can anyone recommend a paint supplier West Midlands to South Wales region who would know?

I think the manufacture of the paint is PPG, sounds like where the paint was mixed the machine was missing some of the tints. Try getting a premixed can from the local PPG suppler.
