There was a program on about it a couple of weeks ago (on History channel). The wife recorded it for me and I watched it last night. Bloody great!

I had never heard the speculation that it had been torpedoed by the memphis. Definitely a suspicious-looking circlar hole punched in the side of it...

Fascinating.

I also saw the Seaway Eagle had been involved after the sinking. Been on her! Yaaayyy!
