I did this last year in Norway in a Zonda and a Mini cooper S. It was awesome but weird. Its basically sliding allover the place for an hour at high speed. Cost me best part of a grand for the pleasure but to me and the wife it was worth it. Seems like a lot more places are organising this kind of fun nowadays. Place I went to only had a small amount of cars to choose from which werent particularly exciting apart from the Zonda. It was mainly Rally Type cars and a Wildcat.

Sorry to bring an old topic up.

How much does the LP640 cost to run a year?

Say you do 4,000 miles and it's a reliable and nothing breaks or anything.

Cheers smile

Getting tempted by an LP640...was looking at an LP560-4...but a new one seems to be similar money to used LP640's...would be interested to also know running costs and potential issues...also what owners like about them the most and how do they stand up on track.

Cheers

Fantastic Porsche by the way!...

If you got an LP640, would you be looking for a Roadster or a Coupe?

The Porker is a rocket!!

I think the LP640 is better as a coupe IMHO...going to go and try one back to back with LP560-4 and see which I prefer
