There are a few flocks of lorikeets around Teddington, Hampton Court areas and other parts of Surrey. Rumoured to have escaped or been released quite a few years ago they've flourished.

Having lived in Oz among the fauna you can imagine how confused I was when I awoke one morning with a hangover to the sound of these screeching.

That would be very sneaky of them! They filmed it in Sydney, then they rubbed out all the buildings and landscape and replaced it with footage from San Francisco...and then got to work on the star wars effects. :P
