For the last 11 months I have had a digital TV system in a box which I finally installed on Friday.

I now realise that I am an fat, old bloke with the first signs of a friar tuck hairloss. When I walk the dogs I look like a large ballon in a barbour jacket and it looks likie I have a bit of a gammy leg judging by the way I walk. Worse than that, my life is boring. All I seem to do is empty the bins, walk the dogs and pop out in the car to the outlaws. Nobody interesting or sexy visits the house and, it seems my neighbours are the same.

I liked it more whenn people tried to break into the house but I was young, fit, well thatched, energetic and with an interesting life, as I was on Thursday.

Do, but not high on a gable where you get a Google earth type view. Perhaps get one of those people who do the make-up ads to install it so that you can have it 'enhanced in post production' or 'hair extensions used'.

The camera never lies. I think you need a soft fous lens but not a wide angle.

Now you 'see' what others do no amount of looking at yourself in the mirror from your 'best' angle will help.

The only cure is to accept what you see and start chasing grannies at the bowling club...smile

roflYou can try to console yourself with the TV adage that the camera adds a stone*.

*Only one, mind.

Know what you mean. A while ago I was queueing up in a garage in order to pay for some fuel. I looked at the CCTV monitor in the corner and saw that the camera was pointing at the queue. I noticed in said queue that there was someone more overweight and greyer on top than me and discretely looked up and down the line to see who it was. The sad truth then dawned on me - which you can probably guess...

Do we have to GUESS WHO it was?

Ditto. Have a system in my shop. Its the dazzle from the halogen lights up above on the shiny bit that hurts!
