Range rover sport HSE toolkit or lack of it...........

Just had the spare wheel on for a day, there appears to be lots of empty wells in the polystyrene tool holder,has someone had the bits away or are they all as sparse as this?
Bl%%dy Hell its an HSE, dread to think what you get in a plain sport? Am i paranoid.................... Or do i need to collar my dealer?
That said we've had it 2 years and i haven't been in the toolspace yet.
