Off to dublin in a couple of weeks for a Stag Weekend.

Does anyone know of a good cafe / eatery that serves up a cracking breakfast on a Saturday/Sunday? Staying in Dublin 8

Try Kielys pub in Donnybrook. Cracking breakfast for 10 euro, never fails to disappoint.

Bloody amazing pub, good food too.

I was in Dublin on my own for business and went in here. Had a fantastic night,

You must struggle with day to day life if you daren't even take a chance on a greasy spoon.

And anyway, on a stag do you should be in the pub.
Sorry, my reply wasn't for you. Thanks for the insult anyway wink

Christ guys the guy was only asking?

If asked after a place in Bristol or London i would be able to provide some use but i've never been to Dublin so couldnt tell you where to go?

Why do some people like to contribute when they've nothing to say? (flamesuit on wink )

You are miles from Donnybrook (Kielys recommendation from earlier).
Dublin 8 isn't great for breakfast joints, but get yourself into city centre and you'll have your choice of greaser smile
Brasserie 66 isn't bad, it's a bit more "posh breakfast" than greasy spoon joint though!

PS Avoid Temple Bar on the Stag...go up to Ron Blacks/Cafe en Seine then head to the Gaiety Theatre for late drinks - you'll meet more Irish people there (just tourists in Temple bar)!
