Letting agent forms etc

[Healey73]

Hi, I'm helping a friend start her letting agency, ( I must stop agreeing to things after too many sherbets!!) It's only going to be a small outfit but she will still need all the tenant application forms, t&c's etc. Are there 'off the shelf' templates or is it a solicitor job? Also are there any good sites which list everything you need to cover? I have looked at Arla but they only seem interested in selling training courses.

Many thanks

Paul

Some free, some paid-for. If there's specific things she wants that aren't covered by the standard ones then it's worth getting someone to look over them as terms can be dreamed up that are deemed unfair or unenforceable.

Thanks Simon, just what we need.
