The S6 back box has two inlet pipes and will fit onto an AJP8 system. They are slightly further apart and rather shorter than the V8 standard back box but it will fit with a bit of adaptation - I have one on mine.
I would guess from that that you may need to take a little length out of the V8 back section to fit the S6 but it may be doable, though not a straight swap.

Would the back half of an AJP8 Exhaust fit onto an S6 front half?
I have the chance of a sports exhaust but its on a V8 and mine is an S6.
Any advice would be fantastic thanks.

Very early speed 6 had an odd system not compatable with AJP rear section, but most will accept the 4.2 AJP rear sections, very late Speed six Cerbs used the 4.5 system which uses 2 1/8" o/d pipe rather than 2" for the 4.2.I have the chance of a sports exhaust but its on a V8 and mine is an S6.
Any advice would be fantastic thanks.

Err, wouldn't have though so, the AJP sports system consists of 2 seperate pipes, one from each bank, and unless I'm very wrong the S6 is missing some cylinders.

The S6 system consists of 2 pipes, one from front 3 and one fron back 3 cylinders. Also you must have miss-read my post i was on about the rear section of the exhaust so the 2 cylinders short would matter unless the engine runs the full length of the exhaust.
