There's a discussion on another thread about the Daily Mail, just wondered what people here do read.

Sorry if it's a repost

I gave up reading the drivel that they put in the newspapers a few years ago.

Same here.

"House prices drop, thousands to lose homes" was the screaming headlines a few years back that made me finally realise newspapers print garbage, lies, deceit and drama simply to sell themselves.

I saw a front page of some trash newspaper in MacDonald's last week: "New superschool bans homework!". I browsed the story, and......

...and the school has yet to be built, and is merely considering banning homework.

rolleyes

Utter garbage and dross.

The Sun.

Real news (if there is such a thing) is depressing.

I'm stunned that the Times is doing so well vs the Torygraph.

My understanding of the PH demographic is obviously well out.

I think that about 25% of people claiming to read the Times actually read the Sun but don't want to admit to it in case it makes them look thick!

Same here - except substitute years for decades..

I read private eye fairly regularly and then scan the internet (e.g. google news, bbc news, reuters etc)
