I'm trying to translate "No Regrets" into Arabic for a tattoo I want done. I've already searched on Google and have tried a few translation engines, but get different results. Are there different translations depending on the context in which the words are used?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Ricky

Wrong - you mean "Admiral Ackbar".

B16 RTT, how come you want it in arabic? You're not an arab chap are you?

Why don't you have it in English, with a picture of Robbie Williams head?

You would never regret that.

I wouldn't take advice from this web site mate!

You could get up with 'loser' or 'I want to kick your back doors in' indelibly inked on your arm/shoulder/ankle/tally-wacker.

Is Arabic the new Chinese for tattos?

Try;

Shaytan or Shaytaan

Munafiqeen

Wasawis

Mushrik

These will go down well, I assure you.

anyone else remember the story of the Chinese chap doing tattoos for young women in the USA? He was writing "Enter here" on their butt cheeks or "Dirty we" on their stomachs laugh

I did google for the story but couldn't find it frown

Long story short, they did not know what he had wrote until Chinese tourists were laughing at them hehe

My advice. Don't get a tattoo in a language you don't even understand and no one else will.
In fact, don't get a tattoo at all. Your personality will change in a few years anyway and it will go out of fashion and look incredibly gay.

In fact you'll look like a right berk already anyway as tattoo's are only worn by people who are either a) rough, b) film stars c) people who are actually quite boring.

Also, it will only make airport security more difficult, make getting decent jobs more difficult, will not even express your personality, nice girls won't date you, and when you get old it will turn into an inky blur and you'll have to pay for laser removal which will absolutely cane.

As Jack Dee once said: "How do you know what your chinese tattoo says?
It could say: Please choose a tattoo from the selection below"

Please don't turn this into a tattoo is chav slanging match. Saying that, I would also advise against getting one done if you cannot read/speak the language yourself.

Tattoos go out of fashion very quickly.

Remember a few years ago when women were getting tattoos on their lower backs? Those tattoos are now called 'tramp stamps'.....great in you want to go on the game but not to great if you want to be taken seriously....

PM me if you want the Arabic text still and will send it through as I speak (some) Arabic. However, note that Arabs don't like tattoos so having the Arabic text may be a bit self defeating!
