Infuriating moment

I am removing the rear wheel hubs on my old car, so had to purchase an 'varible hub puller' from my local car shop. Ordered Tuesday and assured it will be with me Thursday by miday. Yes you've guessed it, item not in followed by lame excuses. No sorry to muck you up, that would be to much to expect. So now I'm stuffed with the car on axle stands and I cannot complete the job before our holiday. Should have said
