E30 324td?

I have always fancied an E30 Touring.

Need another car, wouldn't mind sticking with diesel tho.

Anyone know about the 324td?
I've never seen one on the road or for sale but have been told it was sold in the UK from 87.

LHD only according th the ETK which is probably why they are thin on the ground.

M21 engine available in auto and manual produced from Jan 1988 through to May 1993.

The manifold would be sort after to use on a petrol turbo conversion

Could you get an M51 engine out of a P38 Range Rover/Omega/525/325tds to put in an E30? Should go well with a bit less weight than my touring.
