Any new news on the IVA?

Has anything come out officially yet, or is it all still leaks and rumours?

Not a rumour. As far as I know, the draft IVA manual is still on the VOSA website and the draft regs from which it came might still be on the DFT website. As yet, I haven't heard anything that suggests the 29/04/09 implementation date will not go ahead, although I guess it could still slip!
