They want to put bloody traffic lights at Pitts Bridge! There are already massive traffic jams during peak hours because of this bridge and now this! Only 5 accidents in 5 years and it's a "danger spot"!!! FFS!
(And they want to get rid of the national limit on Tilehurst Lane and put in speed enforce volunteers to enforce the new limit). That hill was brilliant for blasting up and I never once saw a single accident in the 20 years I lived there.....apart from me binning my scooter 10 years ago in the ditch while trying to wheelie it up the hill....
