Bought this off eBay

Sellers comments "This is a steering bulkhead bearing housing made in aluminium, not the usual plastic ones. It has stainless steel studs in so you do not need 10 ft long arms to fit it, just push through bulkhead and put nuts and washers on (also included and stainless steel). There is an aluminium disc to go in engine bay ( this needs finishing/ polishing )

There is a stainless steel bearing already fitted so this should be the last time you ever need to change this

I had one of these made for my car and it fitted perfectly and made the steering column feel a lot more solid

He has told me he could get some more made if there was some interest.

If anyone might be interested at the right price I will get some costings - let me know

I'd be interested to know what sort of price they come out at Norman, though it would have to be down my list of priorities at the moment.

Nice to see I am not the only one in the office at some un-godly time in the morning. Still surfing PH though.

Gerald any luck with this? If you could let me have the contact details for the guy I will see if he would let me have the drawings if he is not keen to get them made himself.

Cheers
Paul.

Hi everyone, I'me the one that had the housing made, I'm trying to get some more made but my mate (who did the lathe work)is on sick leave at present, so as soon as he starts back he will try and make some more.I dont have drawings for it as I just told him what I wanted then drilled and tapped it myself. Let me know how many people want one so I can get enough made

Count me in if price is reasonable - it would be a nice to do job not essential at the moment as the steering is fine
