I'm pretty sure it was a bespoke screen. I think they are still available and the GTMOC were at one point getting some heated ones made.

I had a GTM coupe years ago and I believe it was the original Lotus Elan.

It is a bespoke screen.
I had mine fixed under the insurance when it cracked.
£50 that cost me, bloody rip-off. Mind you I did specify a green top-tint.
