So i'm currently living it up at Tim the Pool Man's house.

In the few days i've been here i have become grossly in love with V8 Utes, so much so that my inner hooligan is coming out to play bounce

Tim has also demonstrated his drifting skills, some of which may be appearing on PH.tv in the week biggrin

Lucky barsteward. I'm from Perth - great place to be - was hoping to move back there but that pesky credit crunch has fked up those plans!!

Enjoy the weather!

Ha! just seen this one... got to start going to bed earlier mate, the Aussie farmers start work a bit earlier than you're used to haha.

BTW it's 11.52 on Sunday morning and Oli hasn't surfaced yet hehe

Weathers been crap so far this week, cold and wet. Might head into Perth in a while and do the Kings Park etc tourist bit, then maybe check out a band this arvo.

Have you moved to Aus, or visiting? If visiting, do you think you might move?

I tried Queensland for two years, I had to come back got fed up with washing my windows and mowing the lawn to amuse myself, also the feeling of isolation from the rest of the world didn't help. Great County/weather/people but a tadge boring playing those pokies for entertainment.

There is so much more you could have done other than lawns, windows and pokies.

I'm not sure I understand the isolation thing, unless you frequently visit the rest of the world?

Great place and friendly people. Had a 3 month road trip around there a few years back.

Did it properly and bought a Holden station wagon and cruised around Aus without a hiccup. Happy Days.

I don't know what Oli was doing, I went to bed when we got home and left him to it, he says he fell asleep on the computer (something about a boring thread on the P&P) and went to bed at 5.30am...
I woke at 10 today (make that yesterday ie Sunday) and made lots of noise but to no avail...

We went into Perth this arvo but everything was closing by the time we got there rolleyes

Went to my usual Sunday session at the Vic then kicked on to Paddy's at Burswood. Somehow we got ejected from there around midnight confused then via Fast Eddy's and eventually home beer
Had to let Oli drive home, I think that wsa why he was drinking poofter drinks all night driving
