You've not said what your product is, and I know you asked for highways contracting type publications, but a semi-related one is railway strategies magazine which may be of interest.

New Civil Engineer? I think that's what it's called anyway, I don't ever read it, but it's on the office coffee table.

I get a copy of "Transport Professional" through the door ten times a year, as does every other member of the Institute of Highways and Transportation so that may be worth a go.

Out of interest, what is it you are marketing?

Therein lies your problem. Most of the Infrastructure Engineers I know aren't big on reading. Letters are just something to conveniently substitute for numbers in your equations...

Of topic, but the easiesy way I've found to wind up an infrastucture engineer is to use a non-constant centreline radius on a road. It confuses the hell out of 'em, when they can't apply a geometry to something. wink

New Civil Engineer is probably your best bet, though. yes

That is the question. Who is going to buy light towers? Not Civil Engineers anyway, unless the power has gone down in the office. The big civils contractors will either have their own plant hire divisions or will rent, because they won't want to own the stuff either. So its Plant Hire boys you want to target, no?
