What has everyone done with their shares? Dumped them or held on? I can't decide whether it will be better for me to hold them and have them converted to Santander shares or sell out now @ circa £3/share and cut my losses. Any suggestions?

Sold mine around 6 months ago to help pay off a slice of my mortgage.

Though if you don't have to sell now, i'd hold them. Historically, the current price looks rather cheap IMO.
