Oddly enough I think it's the Thorndale font in StarOffice Writer, which you can get on a 90 day free trial.

Wow you do love your cerb! I can picture the scene - sweat beads on the tattoo artist's brow as he carves the characteristic insignia, symbolic of TVR's crowning achievement and the most emotive British sportscar ever made. Carefully and skillfully he describes the outline, as smooth as the brush of the car designer's pen.

With a dab of the sponge, there it is, finished and magnificent:
