BMW 335i SE Questions - Seats & Supension

I am going to look at a 335i tomorrow morning. The car is a 2006 SE not a M Sport. But in the description (BMW Site) the standard equipment includes Sports Seats and Sports Suspension? Does this mean it has the M Sport seats and suspension or just standard "sport" kit?
If it's different, how does it differ?
If they are the same, the only difference I see are the bodykit and steering wheel?????

I'm not sure if the seats are 'identical' to the ones in the m sport, but they are definitely better than standard SE type seats. I nearly bought an 07 335d SE, which i guess would have been similar.
The only thing i thought was a little odd was the the SE comes with a standard 'white' head cloth as opposed to the dark headcloth in the sport. Its a minor thing which changes the ambience of the interior which you will either then really like or really dislike.
Also SEs usually have chrome around the windows which doesnt really do it for me either, though both it and the headcloth could have been changed as factory options.
Bit of an FYI - most 335i / 335d buyers will want the M Sport model so make sure the one you're looking at is either significantly cheaper or very highly spec'd (leather, 19's, etc) or ideally both.

Actually just looked up the 335d i looked at in June and they still have it.
They had dropped it from £30995 to £28995 and i offered them £28K, which after a week of twoing and froing they declined. I see they now have it down to £25995. That really peeves me as i'd have bought that car then but had to be johnny big balls and hold out for £28995. Slap it into them i guess. Bought a 535d Sport instead.

It is the M Sport suspension and Sports seats, have you looked at mine on the classifieds? 2007 plate...and a good deal as well ;-)If it's different, how does it differ?

So you bought it for £20k, now you're selling it for £21.5k???? You may want to edit your profile 
I did get it for a hell of a good price though....
i looked at both when I bought one new last year, the se is quite a lot cheaper but less easy to sell
the se model misses out equipment the 335i gets such as:
dechrome (nasty chrome round windows)
black headlining
sports seats
18" alloys
m sport suspension

The SE gets sport seats, which are the same as the m-sport and M-port suspension.
Some of the very first cars, those built before sept 2006, not delivered but built, may come with the sport suspension, but from Sept 2007 build they all came with m-sport suspension.
The sport suspension is a Boge/Sachs combo and is pretty poor, so make sure it is a Sept. 2007 on build.
I really like the SE looks, add the Aero front lip and it looks the business, only SE BMW I would buy.
