Awards evening Final Instructions

Folks, I've been to Daresbury today to make arrangements. A couple of things to note.

* Check-in is from 1400hrs onwards
* Sit down for the Meal at 2000hrs
* We are in the same bar, but different function room to the 2006
* I have requested a reserved area of the carpark for the race trailers, trucks etc. Can you please let me know this weekend what you'll be turning up in so I can speak to the hotel on Monday have a carpark of the correct size sorted, that only applies to the race transportation, normal cars will park as normal, well normal cars. After the drivers meeting on Saturday, I'll charge over to Daresbury to make sure everything goes according to plan.
* The final deadline for adding extra folks to the meal is Wednesday, that is an absolute deadline. If you need extra seats contact me because I'll be paying for them and you can settle up with me at the weekend.
* You can pay for drinks by cash or on the room tab
* Please don't trash the place cos its just been refurbished and they have my card details!

We have 66 folks booked in Adam C, Andy Grey, Dave Chant, Dean Cook, Geoff Parkinson, George Carter, Green star, Hugh Marshal, Iain Jones, Jes Bunce, John Reid, John Simpson, Ken Clover, Leigh Jones, Michael Fisher, Mike Saunders, Nick Simpson, Owen O'Neil, Sam Head, Tony Abrams, Tony Hockin plus guests. If you think your name should be there and isn't contact me ASAP, we'll sort it out.

I'll be taking the motorhome and the car/trailer home straight after the race (so will probably miss the drivers meeting depending on what time it is) but will be back at the hotel for about 6.00 ish in the Tuscan. That'll give you big boys more room to park up and save me from getting larrupped on Saturday afternoon

Slight change to the above, I wont be at Oulton on Saturday, I'm picking up a new car for the missus Saturday a.m. near Stockport, so will be at the hotel from lunchtime onwards...and cheating my way to victory in the first to the bar challenge.

Folks, this deadline has passed, we can't add any more to the meal, the two requests from yesterday are fine.

Hi folks, right cars use the main entrance as signposted, trucks and trailers head up the A56 and take the first left into Red Brow Lane where I or Vicki should be to direct you in. You have our mobile numbers on email, so give us a call as you're approaching, especially if its raining!
