Problem upgrading to Premium ad

I just upgraded to a premium advert (had e-mail confirmation saying payment went through) However, when I go to edit the advert, it's still showing as a Basic ad. Help!!

Your advert seems to have been affected by our server problems and has not upgraded correctly. I can do this for you but I notice you have since deleted it. Do you want me to put it on or would you just like a refund?
