Fuel mix up. Only a little bit.

Empty jerry can, recently home to 20 liters of diesel. Went to refill and put three liters of petrol in before the DOH! moment. Need the can for diesel so assume its OK to chuck petrol in a car with a reasonably full tank and refill with diesel that will cause no harm to an oil burner?

Yes, you'll be absolutely fine. The levels of dilution are such that no harm will come of any of it.
