I know nothing about your particular car.
However, on most cars the brake disks are actually held on by the wheel nuts. (There may be some additional fixings to keep them in place whilst the wheels are off, and work is done on the calipers)
Usually to remove a brake disk, the wheel is removed; then the brake caliper; then the disk.
I'm not sure what bolts you mean, but if you are talking about the caliper retention bolts; then these are often re-used but with a fresh application of thread lock.

If you are not 100% confident that you know what you are doing, then leave work on the braking system to someone who is, or get them to supervise you whilst you learn.
