I fitted them to my old Cerb, which Byker28i now owns. In the absence of anyone posting pics, let me tell you they look exactly the same as Blue or Green ones, except that they are red smile Go for it

gc, may I ask what is happening with your car? I've seen you asking about paint schemes, lamborghini leather and now interior LED's? Please say its coming back with a complete freshen up and that all is not lost for that Cerb? smile

didn't morebeanz order red LEDs to go with his black dials?

I imagine the interior of his car would look like a sleazy suburb of Amsterdam, perhaps that was his inspiration scratchchin

I'll be taking my bulbs out this week at some point and ordering LEDs, not too sure on what colour to go for, probably blue to match the fancy graphics on the pioneer head unit.

. . . if you've got the newer style speedo with the digital odometer then beware as the illumination with your new l.e.d.s will not match that on the clock and fuel guage and you may be a little disappointed as I and others have been. I went from the OE bulbs to blue with little improvement (apart from a colour change) on the speedo & rev counter. biggrin

Are the bulbs in the fuel and clock gauges the same as the instrument dials? I spose I need 6 in total? How can you get to the lower dials?

Thanks,

Andy

501/194/T10 New Mini Light Tower 9 x WA HB Leds BLUE
UBA7B BA7 - 7mm BC One Led Ultimate Blue Bulb x 4 Brighter
This is what I ordered last year.

2 x 5014b (501) Blue 4 LED's Quads
1 x UBA96B (233) BA9 - 9mm BC6 LED's Blue
2 x UBA9BW (233) BA9 - 9mm BC One LED Blue Wide Angle
2 x (501) Blue 4 LED's Quads New Wide Angle Version

To get to the lower dials is easier than it looks. You dont need to remove the dials. Sit in the seat, and follow the wires up from underneath, and remove the bulb holder. Put the new LED in, switch on the lights so the LED's light up, then move the LED's around while looking at the dial - this is easier to do if the garage is dark - as you move them around you'll see which direction you need to move and guide them home. Not the best of descriptions but you'll see what I mean when you do it. smile

Cheers, all turned up today but they'd sent white UBA9's by accident. I cant get the fuel gauge one to go back in, it seems to long? ANyone else had this problem?
