This is a little similar to one I remember from 2 years ago.

Chap claimed he had a bet with his girlfriend that he couldn't create a website that would get 1 million hits.

If he won, she had agreed to a threesome.

The hits went up exponentially, took like 10 days to hit 100,000, then 2 days later and it was on 5 million!!!

Yep there has been heaps of these things in the past.

Generally after a day or two they put a post up saying something like "This site is getting so much traffic I need help paying for extra bandwidth" followed by a paypal link and adverts all over the thing.

The last one I saw had a forum to submit pics of possible mates on it but the forum did not actually work and all the links through the website did not go anywhere.
