New Simon Pegg movie...
Discussion
I went to see 'How to lose friends and alienate people' this weekend and wondered if anybody else had been to see it?
I've always been a fan of Simon Pegg, especially 'Spaced' which was student TV at it's greatest!
I've got to admit I went into this film with a little apprehension as it is his first 'big' Hollywood style movie and it actually turned out quite to be quite good. It does come across as very 'American' (especially the story line) and isn't as quirky as 'Shaun of the dead' and his other earlier stuff but overall I enjoyed it.

But this was very funny, as you say, in a more hollywood way!

The ironic thing being that this new film is actually based on a true story and true couple and in real life, the gentleman is actually far worse than SP plays him in the film.
I didn't know that. I just thought it was one of those 'films loosley based on a book' sort of films.
