Sticky TF windows

I've got a TF and i'm having problems with th drivers window. It seems to stick about half way up if its cold or wet outside. I've tried to adjust the runnners and stops and can get it to run smooth until it gets wet. It's had a new window regulator. Anyone know hows to adjust a window or got a workshop manual proccedure or other idea's? cheers
