It is the last (and closest) round of the BRSCC Dunlop TVR Challenge
next Saturday at Oulton Park in Cheshire

So if you fancy hearing the aural delights of racing TVRs at full chat
then there are 2 races at 11.05am and 12.50pm
(There is also 15mins qualifying at 8.30am - but that is too early for me)
There is TVR only parking for us lucky boys with TVR toys

Tickets are £10 on line and £12 on the gate

There are also Formula Ford races and a 4 hour endurance in the afternoon
for VW Beetle lookalikes (google Funcup UK)

pm me if you want any more info or details of the TVR run over

Cheers driving
Richard

Geeting back on topic....

TVR challenge expect to get 25/26 cars on the grid so should be some good racing.

I'll be the little red car (no 50) at the back of the field. smile

The list is on my desk and is for anyone from WY and NY
wanting to join us at Hartshead Moor Service on the M62
for a mass invasion across the Pennines together
(You will need passports and jabs before entering the Dark Side!!!!!!Lancashire)

Kevin told me he was going (work permitting) but I thought there would be a shorter route than the M62 from SY

If you want to join us Andy you are most welcome (as long as your car is noisey!!!!)
Hopefully Nick NCC is coming in his Black Tamora to keep you company

Cheers
Richard

My car is quite as a mouse, I'm afraid.

I think we will be going a more direct way, but thanks for the offer.

See you all there!

I'm here, we will be going the scenic route via Buxton and Conglton, it's a great run over, not the quickest of routes but well worth going that way, at the moment there are 7 from SY, one will already be at Oulton as he is racing, forecast is not too bad but we may see a bit of the wet stuff, no problems there, were all used to that by now.

Richard, I may see you Sunday too at Yorks Raceway (I'm not working) I hope a few more TVR's will be joining us, it is a great day out,( it was last time) well worth going if anyone fancies it, dbV8 will be there in his nitros powered 450 Chimaera, definitely worth watching.

Good run out Rich... or do we now call you "Big Chopper" eek. It was not a bad effort getting all 7 cars across from Hartshead to Oulton still in formation especially given the predicatable fog/murk/rain as we crossed Saddleworth into that foreign land.

Good luck for the dragway tomorrow. Time now for a relaxing drink.

Cheers for organising thumbup Al.

Thanks vidAL

Another great TVR day which couldn't be spoilt by the murky conditions both ways
A good crew for some good Banter while watching some great racing
(from all accounts certainly better than the F1 on Sunday eek )

You also missed a good day (fun and weatherwise) on Sunday at York dragway driving

See you soon

"Chopper Harley" (private joke for those at Oulton)
