the judgement day is here.taking my viper to dan the dyno man in milton keynes in the morning.the american dyno charts puts it at 875bhp.it will be intresting to compare the two tests.any guesses.

Depends on mods, for bolt on Roe at 8-10psi a good safe tune should give 650-700 flywheel hp.

why cant the americans tell the truth.i was led to bleave something totally different.have the dyno result from today.engine power 608 bhp.corrected power 625 bhp and maw torque at 721 lbf.ft.a little disapointed i thought it would make more.dan who did the test was briliant and the bill was very small.

Thats a very good torque number, I'm surprised the bhp wasn't higher with that. But it's torque that gets you down the track so be pleased.

Time for some tuning then? But if you're happy with the way the car drives that's the main thing, if it feels strong.

Do you have 8 psi, WI and fuel improvements, Vec2....any RR's etc...

no its at 10 psi.loads of mods with vec-2 and wideband.i am surprised at the hp it feels like it should be close to 700.its missing a bit some times can that have an effect on power.i think have to show it barry and go from there.

Dan or Nad would be the ones to do the VEC2/3 tuning as i have never touched them..I have gone the AEM route and Dan will be doing the tuning for me....

dan mentioned something about the 02 sensors.he thought it was running a bit lean on rightside.and also maybe the throttle is sticking a little.on tha way back i droped by james place for a chat.

I have 2x brand new 02's that i will no longer need due to the AEM....

Did you see James's GTS?? (not installed by me....)

Also is my viper still there??????? Haven't seen it in a while..

yeah i saw your gleaming yellow viper in the showroom.it looked very nice.saw james gts .yes the instalation we wont go into that.when you have some time please give me a call so i can bring the car over to get couple of things done to it.
