LOL. In New Jersey, if you speed on a Jet Ski, they'll endorse your drivers license. Fun, huh?

(Probably not a bad idea given the damage a Jet Ski can do to a swimmer, for instance. Didn't stop me being surprised and muttering "America!" when I first heard of it though.)
