Rolling Road?

Hi,
I'm in Germany at the mo, but looking to go back to blighty in Dec, maybe sooner..
The question i'd like advice on is:
Rolling Road.... worth it?
if so, is there any specialists/independants in the Chester area, if so, how much do you reckon it'd cost?

Have'nt put mine on a rolling roar myself, but a lot of post have recommended the mark adams chip and set up on a rolling road by mark adams cost approx £700
