I'm trying to eat healthy and although I think I'm eating well I'd like others views.

One Chicken, Cheese, Lettuce, Cucumber, Light Mayo, S&P on 50/50 bread lightly buttered

Cherry Tom's
Grapes
Apple
Tesco Crisps
3 x lightly buttered Malt Loaf
2 x Choc biscuits

Is it bad, good?

Its better than most.

So long as its part of a balanced diet and you're not obese then I wouldn't give a fk that the crisps and biscuits may not be "perfectly healthy."

It's thirteen minutes to nine, for god's sake! 20:47

Lunch time is at 1 o'clock - so what's wrong is you're eating it late.

It's one o'clock and time for lunch, bum-de-dum-de-dum-dum, when the sun beats down and I lie on the bench, I can always hear them talk. Me? - I'm just a lawnmower, you can tell me by the way I walk.........

You need at least 7 or 8 toms, but it depends on the size. About 80grams

If you go for the brown bread, make sure it's wholemeal....more filling

Instead of crisps, go for some flavoured rice cakes, lot less fat, and usually less salt too

As for the biccys....How can you put them in you mouth...Bourbons hurl
Go for a low cal version, there's loads about these days

Rite am off to get a life paperbag

For breakfast I have bran flakes, or, sometimes porridge and a cup of tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch I usually have one sandwich.

Then sensible evening meal.

Throughout the day I drink water or, ocasionally a cup of tea.

And yes, I try and exercise but I'm still a fat bcensoredd.

bread per slice average 100 =calories = 200

Fillings average 100-200 calories

malt loaf buttered 100g = 350 calories
