Tuscan seats, can you swap the seat backs?

Hi guys, over from the Cerb side...i have bought some Tuscan seats to cheer up the interior of my Cerbera, briefly looking at them i was wondering whether i could change the WHOLE upper half of the seat for the passenger side as it has less wear? Like the way you can take the pad out for track day mode!
