Learning French in France, any recommendations?

Hi. I'm keen to improve my French, and am interested in doing a two or three week course in France doing one on one or in a small class. I'd like a course based in a house or small venue, rather than a huge high school running adult education for foreigners. There was a series on TV earlier this/last year with a few celeb's which seem to do exactly what I would like: a couple of hours in the morning in a small group and then private lessons in the afternoon.

If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing it would be much appreciated. Any links, advice, recommendation for or against any schools would be much appreciated.
