Can anyone advise on this as we've got conflicting views.
A company has been placed in adminstration.
If the administrators notify someone that they no longer have a job, what is that person entitled to ?

Obviously redundancy is statutory & claimed from the government.
What about notice period ? Is it paid at full salary or only a statutory rate.

Cheers

Assuming it's insolvent administration you'd be lucky to even get all the wages owed to you for work done.

They're saying it's business as usual so i don't think they're insolvent.
The administrators have said that they'll be payng salaries at the end of the month.
