Buying an A3, what should I look out for?
Discussion
It would more than likely be on an Audi Variable Service intervals. They can be between 9k-19k miles/12-24 months. It will vary depending on driving style and the amount the car gets used and how.
Cam-belts are due every 75k/5 years whichever comes soonest. Air/fuel filter due every 40k.
Turbos can get noisey, just make sure it doesn't sound like a siren from cold! Intercooler boost pipe seals can leak oil but they're pretty cheap to repair.

Air and fuel filters are due at 60,000 miles.
Ive got an 05 plate 2.0 TDI Sport. Half Black Leather / Half Alcantara interior, Lava Grey 43,000 miles with full Audi service history, Ipod kit, Nokia bluetooth, Multfunction steering wheel, Rear park sensors, Centre armrest etc etc. Just had full service at Audi with all new brakes, tyres are good dunlops. not a mark onit. Would take £11000 if your interested?
