The worst part of cleaning a car?
Discussion
I guess this is where, on PH, I'll find all those who enjoy cleaning their car, as I do.
But whilst we all enjoy cleaning our cars, what is it you find the worst job when cleaning?
I've just spent two days taking off the wheels on my Mum's Merc and my car, pressure washing and shampoo'ing the wheel arches, cleaning the alloys, then applying two coats of wax to them.
It's the first time I've personally done it. It was a dirty, wet job and very time consuming - it took about an hour per corner!
I'm pleased with result - even more so now the rest of the car has been cleaned and waxed.
So over to you guys....

I hate trying to chamois a white car on a bright day. You become incapacitated for about 10 mins before you can drive it anywhere.
Ahh another hate. I used to hate waxing white cars on sunny days. Couldnt see where you had been and needed shades lolEdited by absolutely on Monday 13th October 17:43
