I am a bit concerned about my SIL, she has already paid the deposit and has just had a mortgage agreed for a purchase with the above company.

Has anyone else invested with this company? Does anyone have any good/bad feedback.

I smell a rat, but my SIL thinks it is the opportunity she has been waiting for.

Your thoughts please.

When is she flying out there to check it out? Or is she relying on the advert?

So, basically... she's paid £1k for a patch of sand that she doesn't own?

The ad states an income of £20k PA,

You wouldn't get that much from a 1 bed in prime London. How do they think they are going to get that in an impoverished Caribbean island?

EFA

Tell her to avoid the likes of Darren Winters if she suddenly thinks that she could make a few quid on the stock market.
