What would a pistonheads movie look like?

I don't mean the videos of people hooning in the PH TV section more a comedy/drama type effort based on some of the posts and characters here.

There would have to be a good car hoon/chase, through some nice British scenery. Oh, and it has to involve several TVR's, BG's Bentley can be the main bad guys car, and there has to be lots of funny bits. And cynicism, in the form of Rich1231.
